OUR BUSINESS, OUR SERVICES

EPC@Partners.inc is a company for research and scientific and technical development, founded by Eric Le Ray and his team in June 2007 in Canada. The first company of its kind in the world, it was originally an individual business. Then, it became incorporated Inc. on September 20th of 2010. With its headquarters in Montreal, a branch in France has been created, represented by the Designer and Art Director Franck Ferrandis.

Surrounded by his team of shareholders, Eric Le Ray develops his research while performing communication business activities and an active technological watch on the evolution of the media and the transition from print to screen.

This transition to new reading and writing interfaces or simply to new digital use operates through e-readers, smartphones and tablets. These new technologies are themselves based on two competing, but also complementary, technologies: electronic ink (E-ink) ink based on liquid crystals (LCD). This changing process is part of a convergence and mobility context, an extension of the “all in one” digital revolution.

This changing process is part of a convergence and mobility context, an extension of the “all in one” digital revolution.

The objective of the company EPC @ Partners.inc is to support the industrial, technological and cultural evolution of these various media that are moving or changing to the new post-industrial economy.

It seeks, thereby, to understand their mechanisms and implications in relation to the traditional media.

How is this change experienced by the professionals in publishing, the media and the graphic arts? And more generally, by the professionals of the affected sectors such as comic strips, video games, movies, music, visual and performing arts, sports, health, finance and economics, education, environment, software and applications.
